Yes you can build it yourself, and we can show you how!  This site is full of information and tips from actual owner builders—People just like you, that have met the challenge of building their dream home themselves and are willing to share their experiences, both good and bad, with you.  Check out the Customer Profile link above.

Endeavor Homes provides a complete home package that is catered to the novice do it yourselfer.  Everything* that you need to build your home is included in the package. (*everything except foundation and rough plumbing)  The materials are delivered in 6 to 7 deliveries as you need it. 

Everything you need includes all the “big stuff”, like framing, sheetrock, appliances, kitchen cabinets, central heat and air, carpeting, etc and it also includes all the “little stuff” like nails, flashing, caulking, trim, paint, etc.  No more trips to the home center except to buy tools! 

Endeavor provides the materials, you provide the labor.  You can do the labor yourself and save the most, but if your busy, you can hire licensed sub contractors to do most of the work for you and you will still save and get the home that you want!  Endeavor does provide the central heat and air and the kitchen and bath cabinets and countertops installed by our licensed contractors included in the price.  That’s 2 you don’t have to hire!

The Endeavor Homes concept is simple - building or subcontracting the construction of an Endeavor home will save you money.  Using Endeavor’s methods will save you time.  In addition, there is a great deal of personal satisfaction derived from doing- it - yourself, and building equity at the same time!  Your equity builds even faster as you perform more of the work. 

Endeavor Homes supplies all of the building materials (except rough plumbing and foundation) and acts as a one - stop supplier assisting you in every phase from floor plans, project financing through the completion of your home.  An Endeavor Home is NOT a pre - fab or modular house.  We pre - nail wall sections and supply engineered wood products for floor systems and roof trusses.  Endeavor has supplied the Owner Builder since 1982.  Endeavor Homes is an employee owned corporation.  Endeavor Homes guides the Owner Builder through the entire project blueprints, booklets and advice.
